Deep House Cleaning
A deeper level of care for the areas routine cleaning may leave behind.
Our deep house cleaning service provides additional time and attention for accumulated dust, residue, buildup, edges, fixtures, and commonly overlooked areas. It is a good starting point when your home has not been professionally cleaned recently or needs more attention than routine upkeep can provide.

When Your Home Needs More Than Routine Cleaning
Deep cleaning is not simply a standard cleaning with a few extra tasks. It allows us to spend more time on buildup, detailed surfaces, edges, fixtures, and areas that may not receive attention during regular upkeep.
It can help establish a cleaner starting point for your home and make future standard or recurring cleanings easier to maintain.
-
When to choose a deep cleaning
Deep cleaning may be the right choice when:
It has been several months since the home received a thorough cleaning
Dust and residue have collected along baseboards, trim, doors, or fixtures
Kitchens or bathrooms have noticeable grease, soap residue, or buildup
You are preparing your home for guests, an event, or a new season
You are beginning recurring service and need to establish a clean baseline
Routine cleaning no longer feels like enough
-
What results should you expect?
Our goal is to remove cleanable dust, grime, residue, and buildup from the areas included in your estimate. Some staining, discoloration, mineral damage, worn finishes, scratches, etched surfaces, failed caulk, or permanent damage may remain after cleaning.
We will focus on safe, surface-appropriate methods and let you know when an issue appears to require repair, restoration, or specialty treatment rather than additional cleaning.

Standard cleaning is designed to maintain a home that is already in generally clean condition. It focuses on routine kitchen and bathroom cleaning, dusting, floors, trash, and light room resetting.
Deep cleaning provides more time for accumulated buildup and detailed areas such as baseboards, trim, doors, fixtures, edges, cabinet fronts, and other commonly overlooked surfaces.
If your home has not been thoroughly cleaned recently, beginning with deep cleaning usually creates a better foundation for future standard or recurring service.
-
The following services are not automatically included in a standard cleaning but may be added when listed in your approved estimate:
Inside ovens
Inside refrigerators
Inside cabinets and drawers
Interior windows
Detailed baseboard cleaning
Heavy buildup removal
Additional pet-hair removal
Other high-detail cleaning requests
Please request these services before the appointment so we can allow enough time and include them in the estimate.
-
Deep cleaning does not include:
Carpet or upholstery extraction
Exterior window cleaning
Full wall washing
Mold, biohazard, pest, or bodily-fluid cleanup
Heavy debris or junk removal
Moving heavy furniture or appliances
Repairs, restoration, or refinishing
Cleaning outside safe reach
Construction dust or post-renovation debris unless separately approved
Deep cleaning cannot reverse permanent staining, scratches, worn finishes, etched surfaces, damaged grout, failed caulk, or other property damage.
-
A few simple preparations help us spend more time cleaning:
Pick up clothing, toys, paperwork, and loose household items
Clear important items from kitchen and bathroom counters
Place clean bed linens on the bed if you would like it made
Secure pets or let us know about special instructions
Identify fragile items, restricted rooms, or surfaces needing special care
Make sure we have clear access to the areas included in the estimate
You do not need to clean before we arrive. We only ask that unnecessary obstacles be removed when possible.
-
Deep cleaning usually takes longer than standard cleaning because it includes more detailed work. The time required depends on the home’s size, layout, condition, number of bathrooms, buildup, clutter, pets, and requested services.
We review these details when preparing your estimate. If the condition is substantially different when we arrive, we will discuss the scope with you before completing work beyond the approved estimate.
-
Do I need to provide supplies or equipment?
No. We bring the routine supplies and equipment required for the approved service. Tell us beforehand about sensitive materials or surfaces requiring special care.
Do I need to be home?
No. You may provide access and locking instructions. We will also confirm information about pets, alarms, and restricted areas.
Can every stain or buildup be removed?
No. Some staining, mineral damage, discoloration, scratches, etched surfaces, and worn finishes cannot be corrected through cleaning. We use safe methods appropriate for the surface rather than risking damage.
Can I request only certain rooms?
Yes. Tell us which rooms and priorities you want included so we can prepare the estimate around the requested scope.
Should I schedule recurring service afterward?
Recurring cleaning is the easiest way to maintain the cleaner baseline established by a deep cleaning. Frequency depends on your household, pets, schedule, and cleaning priorities.
Ready for a More Thorough Clean?
Tell us about your home, its current condition, and the areas needing the most attention. We will review the details and provide a clear estimate based on the requested scope.
