- Clean sinks, faucets, mirrors, and counters.

- Dust reachable surfaces, shelves, and fixtures.
- Wipe doors, handles, switches, and baseboards.
- Clean accessible interior glass, sills, and tracks where required.
- Vacuum carpets, edges, and accessible closets. -
- Sweep or vacuum hard floors, then mop as appropriate.
- Check corners, behind doors, and empty closets.
- Empty trash and remove cleaning supplies.
- Leave floors dry before the final walkthrough. -
- Recheck each room against the required scope.
- Confirm cabinets, drawers, and appliances are empty.
- Photograph the finished condition for your records.
- Return keys and secure the property as instructed.
