Welcome to Two Flags CP Cleaning Co. By using our website, requesting an estimate, scheduling services, or receiving services from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
Two Flags CP Cleaning Co. provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in / move-out cleaning, recurring cleaning, and approved add-on services.All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and confirmation.
2. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are provided based on the information given by the client, including the size, condition, and service needs of the property.Final pricing may vary if the actual condition of the property, requested scope of work, or additional service needs differ from the original estimate.Pricing for add-on services, extra buildup, pet hair, excessive clutter, or special requests may be adjusted accordingly.
3. Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will make every effort to honor the requested date and time, but scheduling may be adjusted if necessary due to availability, weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and access details when scheduling service.
4. Access to Property
Clients must ensure we have safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled appointment time. If we are unable to access the property, a lockout fee or cancellation fee may apply.If alarm codes, gate codes, or entry instructions are required, they must be provided in advance.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due on the day of service unless other arrangements have been approved in advance.Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking. Deposits or prepayment may be required for certain services, including deep cleans, move-in / move-out cleans, or first-time appointments.Failure to make payment as agreed may result in cancellation of future appointments or additional fees.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or reschedule.Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations, missed appointments, or inability to access the property may result in additional charges.We understand emergencies happen and will always do our best to handle unexpected situations fairly.
7. Client Responsibilities
To help us provide the best possible service, clients are encouraged to:secure pets as needed pick up personal items, clothing, and clutter before service communicate priority areas or special instructions in advance, notify us of any fragile items, damage, or areas requiring special care. We are not responsible for cleaning areas that cannot be safely accessed or that present safety hazards.
8. Satisfaction and Service Concerns
We take pride in delivering quality service and a higher standard in every home and business we serve.If you are dissatisfied with any part of your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment so we can review the concern and determine a reasonable solution.
9. Limitations of Service
For safety and liability reasons, we may decline or limit service in certain situations, including but not limited to:hazardous conditions, biohazards, infestations, excessive clutter, unsafe access areas requiring specialized restoration or repair services. We reserve the right to refuse service where conditions fall outside the normal scope of residential or commercial cleaning.
10. Damage and Liability
We treat every property with care and respect. If damage occurs during service and is determined to be caused by our work, it must be reported within 24 hours of the appointment.We are not responsible for damage resulting from:pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, unstable, improperly secured, or defective items not disclosed as fragile or damaged before service
