To complete the service safely:

• The dryer and vent connection must be reasonably accessible

• The laundry area must have enough clear space for equipment

• Items must be removed from the top and immediate area around the dryer

• The exterior termination should be identified when possible

• Exterior access must be safely reachable from ground level

• Pets and children must remain away from the work area

• Electrical power must be available if an operational check will be performed

We do not disconnect gas lines. A gas dryer can be serviced only when the vent connection is accessible without disturbing the gas connection.

We begin by reviewing the dryer’s location, the accessible connection, and the known exterior exit.

When the system can be serviced safely, the dryer vent is disconnected at the accessible connection. Professional brushes loosen lint inside the reachable duct while vacuum equipment helps collect the removed material.

The existing undamaged connection is then reattached, and a basic operational or airflow check may be performed when conditions allow.

Dryer vent cleaning does not include:

Will dryer vent cleaning make my clothes dry faster?

It may improve drying performance when restricted airflow is the cause. Longer drying times can also result from appliance problems, damaged ductwork, improper installation, overloaded loads, or other conditions. Faster drying cannot be guaranteed.

Do you clean inside the dryer?

No. We clean the accessible exhaust vent system. Internal dryer cleaning, diagnostics, and repairs require a qualified appliance technician.

Do you service gas dryers?

Only when the vent connection can be reached without disconnecting or disturbing the gas line. We do not perform gas-line work.

Can you clean a vent that exits through the roof?

We do not climb onto roofs or perform high-access exterior work. Tell us where the vent exits so we can determine whether any accessible portion can be serviced safely.

Do you replace damaged vent hoses or ductwork?
