The approved estimate determines the rooms, surfaces, and tasks included in the service.

An empty home allows us to reach cabinets, closets, baseboards, floors, and other areas more efficiently. All furniture, boxes, food, clothing, personal belongings, and moving debris should be removed before we arrive.

We may be able to clean a mostly empty property, but blocked or occupied areas may be excluded. Tell us about any remaining items when requesting your estimate so we can set the correct scope.

These services are not automatically included but may be added when listed in your approved estimate:

• Inside oven cleaning

• Inside refrigerator cleaning

• Interior window glass

• Detailed blind cleaning

• Additional buildup removal

• Garage sweeping or cleaning

• Wall spot-cleaning or washing

• Other property-specific cleaning requests

Please request these services before the appointment so we can allow enough time and include them in the estimate.

Move-in and move-out cleaning does not automatically include:

• Exterior window cleaning

• Carpet or upholstery extraction

• Heavy debris, junk, or furniture removal

• Construction or renovation dust

• Paint, adhesive, grout, or caulk removal

• Mold, biohazard, pest, or bodily-fluid cleanup

• Moving heavy furniture or appliances

• Repairs, restoration, or refinishing

• Cleaning beyond safe reach

• Outdoor areas unless approved in advance

Permanent stains, wear, damage, and odors caused by underlying property conditions may remain after cleaning.

Before we arrive:

• Remove furniture, boxes, food, clothing, and personal belongings

• Remove unwanted items and moving debris

• Complete repairs, painting, and contractor work

• Empty cabinets, drawers, closets, and appliances being cleaned

• Keep water, electricity, lighting, and climate control operating

• Make sure appliances and fixtures are connected and safe to access

• Provide entry, alarm, parking, and locking instructions

• Tell us about damaged, fragile, or recently refinished surfaces

• Make sure other workers will not be using the cleaned areas

Cleaning around movers, contractors, or active repairs can affect the final result and may require additional work.

The property must have working water, electricity, lighting, and safe indoor conditions during the appointment. We also need clear access to every room and surface included in the estimate.

If utilities are disconnected, the property is unsafe, or we cannot enter the home, some or all of the service may need to be rescheduled.

Cleaning time depends on the property’s size, layout, condition, number of kitchens and bathrooms, remaining belongings, buildup, and approved services.

Homes with heavy residue, neglected surfaces, pet hair, or unfinished moving work may require more time. If the condition is substantially different from the information used for the estimate, we will discuss the scope with you before completing additional work.

Do I need to be at the property?

No. You may provide access and locking instructions. We will confirm entry details before the appointment.

Can you clean while movers are working?

We recommend scheduling after the movers finish. Active moving can block rooms, create new dust and debris, and cause already-cleaned floors or surfaces to become dirty again.

Are inside cabinets and drawers included?

Yes, empty cabinet and drawer interiors are included when listed in your approved scope. They must be completely emptied before we arrive.

Do you clean inside appliances?

Inside oven and refrigerator cleaning must be requested and included in the estimate. Appliances must be empty, accessible, and safe to clean.

Will this guarantee the return of my security deposit?

No cleaning company can guarantee a deposit decision. Property managers and landlords may consider damage, lease requirements, unpaid balances, and other conditions beyond cleaning.

Can you remove items left behind?

Routine household trash within the agreed scope may be removed. Furniture, heavy debris, unwanted belongings, and large-volume disposal are not automatically included.

Can you clean after renovation work?

Construction and renovation residue require different equipment, procedures, and pricing. Tell us if work was recently completed so we can determine whether post-construction cleaning is needed.
