Standard cleaning focuses on routine upkeep. Deep cleaning provides additional time for accumulated buildup and detailed areas such as baseboards, doors, trim, fixtures, edges, and other commonly overlooked surfaces.

If your home has not been professionally cleaned recently or has heavier grease, soap residue, dust, or buildup, we may recommend beginning with a Deep Cleaning.

The following services are not automatically included in a standard cleaning but may be added when listed in your approved estimate:

• Inside ovens

• Inside refrigerators

• Inside cabinets and drawers

• Interior windows

• Detailed baseboard cleaning

• Heavy buildup removal

• Additional pet-hair removal

• Other high-detail cleaning requests

Standard cleaning does not include:

• Carpet or upholstery extraction

• Exterior window cleaning

• Wall washing

• Mold, biohazard, or pest cleanup

• Heavy debris removal

• Lifting or moving heavy furniture

• Repairs or restoration

• Cleaning areas that cannot be reached safely

Permanent stains, scratches, damaged finishes, failed caulk, and normal wear may remain after cleaning.

A few simple preparations help us spend more time cleaning:

• Pick up clothing, toys, paperwork, and loose household items

• Clear important items from kitchen and bathroom counters

• Place clean bed linens on the bed if you would like it made

• Secure pets or let us know about special instructions

• Identify fragile items, restricted rooms, or surfaces needing special care

• Make sure we have clear access to the areas included in the estimate

You do not need to clean before we arrive.

How long will the cleaning take?

Cleaning time depends on the size, layout, condition, and requested scope of your home. We will review those details when preparing your estimate.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

No. Two Flags CP Cleaning Co. brings the routine supplies and equipment needed for the approved service. Please tell us ahead of time if your home has a surface requiring a specific product.

Do I need to be home?

No. Many customers provide access instructions. We will confirm access, pets, alarms, and locking instructions before the appointment.

Is standard cleaning available as a recurring service?

Yes. Standard cleaning can be scheduled as recurring service based on your household’s needs and our availability.

What if my home needs more work than expected?

If the home’s condition differs significantly from the approved estimate, we will discuss the situation with you before completing work outside the agreed scope.
